Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Scope & Applicability
2. Definitions
- Program Start Date: The date on which the course, training, coaching, or service officially begins (e.g. first class session, release of first module, or scheduled meeting).
- Pre‑start Period: The time between your enrollment/payment date and the Program Start Date.
3. Cancellation by Student (Before Program Start)
3.1 If you cancel before the Program Start Date (i.e. in the Pre‑start Period), you may request cancellation, subject to the following:
- You must submit your cancellation request in writing (email or via our support/contact form).
- Upon acceptance of cancellation, we will process a full refund of the amounts paid, minus any non‑refundable administrative fees (if applicable).
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from acceptance of cancellation.
4. No Refund After Program Start
Once the Program Start Date has passed and the program has commenced (e.g. first session delivered, or user has been given access to course content, coaching sessions begun, etc.), no refund will be offered, under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to, the following scenarios:
- withdrawal midway through the program
- inability to complete the program due to personal reasons
- dissatisfaction with the program
- lack of time or other commitments
5. Cancellation by Careerist
5.1 In exceptional cases, Careerist reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program. If we do so before the start date, we will offer you:
- a full refund of your payment, or
- the option to transfer to another upcoming batch or equivalent program
5.2 If we cancel or terminate the program after it has begun, we will refund you on a pro rata basis (i.e. for the remaining sessions or content not yet delivered), or offer alternative arrangements, at our discretion.
6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
- Send an email to hello@careerist.pro with the subject line “Cancellation / Refund Request – [Your Program Name / Student ID / Enrollment Date]”.
- Include in the email: your name, enrollment date, program name, reason for cancellation (optional), and bank / payment details for refund.
- We will respond within 3 business days to confirm acceptance or rejection of your request.
7. Processing Time & Method
- Refunds (when applicable) will be processed via the same payment method you used (credit card, bank transfer, etc.), unless mutually agreed otherwise.
- Please allow 7business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on banking / payment processor timelines.
8. No Double Claims
You may not simultaneously claim any other compensation, credit, or refund for the same program under any other policy or agreement.
9. Exceptions & Discretionary Relief
In very rare or extreme circumstances (e.g. medical emergency, death of immediate family member, force majeure), we may at our discretion consider partial refunds or program credits. Any such relief is evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis and is not guaranteed.
10. Changes to This Policy
Careerist reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website at careerist.pro under “Refund & Cancellation Policy” and will become effective for new enrollments. Existing enrollments remain subject to the version in effect at the time of your enrollment.

By enrolling in a program offered by Careerist, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
