Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines how you can cancel an order or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through the Platform.
Quick summary: Cancellation and complaint requests are generally accepted within 15 days. Perishable items are non-cancellable but can be refunded or replaced if quality is proven poor. Approved refunds are processed within 25 days.

Cancellations
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 15 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated shipping, or if the product is already out for delivery.
- In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep instead.

Perishable Items
- Aspire Global Solutions does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.
- However, a refund or replacement can be made if you establish that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

Damaged or Defective Items
- Please report any damaged or defective items to our customer service team.
- The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the issue at their end.
- This must be reported within 15 days of receipt of the product.

Product Not as Expected
- If the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, notify our customer service team within 15 days of receiving the product.
- Our customer service team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Manufacturer Warranty Products
For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.

Refund Processing Time
In case of any refunds approved by Aspire Global Solutions, it will take 25 days for the refund to be processed to you.
